Freeze of regulator’s HB 6 cases could further harm Ohio consumers

The situation “demands more investigation and oversight by the PUCO moving forward,” Leppla said. “Ohioans should not be subject to paying bills from state-approved monopolies who aren’t willing to abide by the rules and regulations that have allowed them to operate in the state.”
