Update: Statehouse stars begin to testify in Larry Householder trial
WEWS: Michael Benza, senior instructor in law, and Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, discussed the ongoing trial of Larry Householder, the former speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives, who is accused of accepting a nearly $61 million bribe in exchange for legislation, House Bill 6, that would provide a $1.3 billion bailout to FirstEnergy and other utility companies.
