Chief Justice Roberts’s wife made $10.3 million from top law firms: Report

Washington ExaminerJonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, weighed in on the report that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts’ wife was paid more than $10 million by top law firms for recruitment work, with at least one of those firms arguing a case before the high court. “High-level government officials have been going through this revolving door from government service to fancy law firms for a long time,” Entin said. “And that itself may be problematic regardless of whether the chief justice’s wife is involved in the recruiting process.”
