A majority of Americans no longer trust the Supreme Court. Can it rebuild?
Christian Science Monitor: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, noted that as the U.S. Supreme Court nears the end of another potentially seismic term, public trust in the court has eroded. “A lot of those cases the court has to take, it doesn’t have a lot of choice,” Adler said. “But it does affect perceptions … There would be fewer cases for the court to intervene in if there were fewer nationwide injunctions.”
