La Alianza is working with the Red Cross for two upcoming community events. Volunteers are needed to serve as translators in a predominantly Spanish-speaking neighborhood during these events.
The events will be held on two upcoming Saturdays: April 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and May 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All members of the Case Western Reserve University community are welcome to volunteer, including non-Spanish speakers to help install smoke alarms. Training will be provided the day of the event.
