Weight Watchers will hold special “Inspire” events at meetings on the Case Western Reserve University campus Feb. 10 and 11, as part of the weekly Weight Watchers at Work meetings.
Faculty and staff who want to get to a healthier weight, develop the skills to stay positive when the scale isn’t moving or simply be supported by others with similar health goals should consider participating in one of two weekly Weight Watchers groups:
- Wednesdays at noon in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing Faculty Staff Lounge
- Thursdays at noon in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room
During the Inspire events Feb. 10 and 11, the Weight Watchers leader will encourage members to share their success stories with new and existing members.
Faculty and staff who are new to the program and enroll in the Weight Watchers at Work meetings during the week of the Inspire event will receive:
- A “Fresh & Easy” cookbook,
- A Weight Watchers tote bag and
- Two portion plates.
The Wellness Program subsidizes half the cost of participation for benefits-eligible faculty and staff at $18.25/month for At Work Meetings and $8.05 for the online program.
Check out the Wellness website at case.edu/wellness/ for further details and information on how to become a Weight Watchers participant.
