Join four-week program to prevent, heal back pain

There are open spots in the Healthy Backs and Bodies class, a program designed to prevent and heal back pain. Developed by Tanya Weiker, orthopedic physical therapist and back health expert, the program combines the latest clinical research with practical application for achieving ultimate back health and injury prevention.

The program, which begins Monday, Feb. 2, runs for four weeks, and meets weekly from 1 to 2 p.m. in Nord Hall, room 356.

Benefits-eligible employees should register for one session each week using the links below. Multiple sessions are available to accommodate various schedules.
