Incoming students: Registration for fall semester begins Thursday

Registration for first-year students begins at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 10 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, July 15.

Students are advised to continue planning for course registration by placing courses in their shopping cart in the Student Information System and making sure to validate their selections. Students should also make sure to log in to SIS to update their emergency contact information before July 10 so their registration will not be delayed.

The Office of Undergraduate Studies will host a final online information session today at 7 p.m. to answer any last-minute questions. Students can also view the archives of all previous sessions through the First-Year Registration item on the New Student Checklist.

The Office of Undergraduate Studies is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office will hold extended evening call-in hours, from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, July 9. The office can be reached at 216.368.2928 or at summerreghelp@case.edu.

Students are advised that registration for First Seminar is a separate process, which is detailed in the First Year Registration Guide. They should not place SAGES First Seminars in their shopping cart. Once students have registered and their schedule has been reviewed, they will be contacted in early August with further instructions.

FSCC-850 has been placed on all first-year students’ schedules to reserve time for the SAGES First Seminar Fourth Hour meeting, which will occur either Mondays or Wednesdays, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. More information about this is also in the First-Year Registration Guide.
