“How to Stay Sane and Resilient While Working from Home”

Feeling unfocused, frazzled or lonely during this remote work period is normal. In an effort to help faculty and staff better handle this transition, the Wellness Program is hosting “How to Stay Sane and Resilient While Working from Home,” a one-hour webinar from nationally known positive psychology expert, executive coach, and speaker Stella Grizont. The presentation will be offered Thursday, April 9, at 1 p.m.

Those who are struggling with the anxiety of these uncertain times or just trying to find the balance of work and childcare obligations will find this session relevant.

In this webinar participants will learn:

  • Easy evidence-based practices to maintain positivity, stay resilient, and hopeful even during very anxious and uncertain times
  • Three strategies to stay focused, organized, and get into your flow
  • How to create healthy boundaries between your work and home life so you have some sense of balance and prevent burnout

Participants are asked to register in advance in order to receive the Zoom link for this session.

The CWRU Wellness Program is offering most of their regular programming via webinars during this remote work period. A variety of special resources for faculty and staff are also available on the Wellness website.
