Woman with eyes closed and hands at face, looking stressed

“How to Manage Chronic Stress”

The global pandemic has challenged many with the ongoing stress of dealing with the unknown in all areas of their lives. Psychologists have long studied the protective factors and individual behaviors that help people manage, and even thrive, under chronic stress conditions.

The Wellness Program will offer “How to Manage Chronic Stress” Tuesday, July 7, at noon. During the session, Lisa Damour, psychologist, author and columnist for The New York Times, will draw upon research to highlight proven strategies that adults can use to make the best of persistently difficult circumstances.

Registration is required and available online.
