The final installment of the three-part Valentine’s Day-themed cooking class series will take place Tuesday, Feb. 11, from 3-4 p.m. at the HEC Kitchen. Sponsored by Bon Appetit Management Co., the sessions are meant to help participants plan and cook a three-course meal from scratch.
The final class, on desserts, will feature chocolate mousse using cashew cream.
