HEC Cooking Classes: Plant-Forward Brunch Series

Bon Appetit Management Co. kicks off the first of a series of free plant-based cooking classes on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 3-4 p.m. in the HEC Kitchen. Participants will learn how to cook a plant-based brunch from scratch, including:

  • “Seasonal Bear Jam” (made of blackberry, elderberry, raspberry, and apple) on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 3-4 p.m.
  • “Pita Bread using Greek Yogurt” on Tuesday, March 10, 3-4 p.m.
  • “Egg Substitutes” (tofu “eggs”) on Tuesday, March 24, 3-4 p.m

The classes complement one another but can be attended individually. Advance registration is not required. All are welcome. To attend, simply check in at the cashier’s station when entering HEC Kitchen for the class.
