Bon Appétit Management Co. will host a cooking class on soups and stocks at the Health Education Campus. The class will be held Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 4 to 4:30 p.m. at the HEC Kitchen in the Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion.
Chef Paul Giesel will show how to make stock from scratch during the class. Attendees can watch the demonstration, taste the stock and ask the chef or dietician questions.
