HCM upgraded to version 9.2; clear browser cache if experiencing login difficulty

The Human Capital Management (HCM) system was upgraded successfully to version 9.2 and is available at case.edu/hcm. The upgrade enables Case Western Reserve University to continue receiving vendor support, and makes it possible for the system to receive future updates as required by tax laws. In addition, enhancements were made to the Careers modules, and the navigation menu was updated to a more user-friendly format. HCM now uses the CWRU Single Sign-On portal, which many technology services at Case Western Reserve already use.

Members of the university community who experience difficulties logging into HCM should clear their browser’s cache to resolve the problem.
