Case Western Reserve University will upgrade the Human Capital Management (HCM) enterprise human resources system to version 9.2 from 5 p.m. today to 8 a.m. Monday, May 9. During the upgrade, HCM will be unavailable for all functions including exception time entry.
In addition to the upgrade, HCM also will start using the CWRU Single Sign-On portal, which many technology services at Case Western Reserve already use. The Single Sign-On portal will replace the current HCM login screen.
