Student Activities & Leadership and the Professional Development Center for the School of Graduate Studies will offer a Graduate Student Coaching Program for PhD students and postdoctoral scholars at CWRU to develop personally and professionally.
Each participant will engage in up to four individual coaching sessions with professional staff graduates of the Weatherhead Executive Coaching Certificate program. They also will engage in one-on-one self-reflection and self-action planning.
Participants will be given the workbook Becoming a Resonant Leader to use during the coaching process.
Each session costs $25.
