Building or renovating with green design principles in mind can be challenging—finding the right contractors, determining lifecycle paybacks and avoiding greenwashing. At the next Office for Sustainability green bag lunch, “Green Design for Your Home,” learn from a panel of green-building experts who will discuss their green construction experiences, material selection, costs and living a green lifestyle. Attendees are welcome to ask questions and share comments.
The event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 5, from noon to 1 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center Ballroom C.
The Office for Sustainability will supply coffee and dessert. Participants are welcome to eat their lunches during the discussion.
