Graduating students: Review information about University Health and Counseling Services

University Health and Counseling Services will provide services through Friday, Dec. 21, for graduating students of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Music and Cleveland Institute of Art.

University Health and Counseling Services also can help graduating students coordinate follow-up care and identify community resources to meet their future health care needs.

Students who are enrolled in the CWRU Student Medical Plan for fall semester are covered by their medical insurance through Jan. 13.

Information from a student’s health record at University Health and Counseling Services can only be released with the student’s written permission. Those who need their health records should allow up to a week for processing.
