Graduates: Submit your information by May 1 for recognition during virtual commencement

In lieu of our traditional commencement ceremonies, Case Western Reserve University will hold a virtual commencement celebration online Sunday, May 17.

The virtual convocation ceremony will consist of video messages from university leaders and commencement speakers, along with official degree conferral. School diploma ceremonies will include additional congratulatory messages and personalized recognition for graduates. Marching Order, an outside vendor, has been contracted to create personalized graduate slides for the virtual ceremonies.

Graduates should refer to an email from MarchingOrder.com (delivered April 18) with a link to create a password and submit information for their personalized slide. All graduates wanting to personalize their slide must respond by Friday, May 1, at noon.

If you are having difficulty accessing the Marching Order registration for the virtual ceremony, please try again. The system has been inundated with the number of graduates across the country registering in preparation for virtual ceremonies like the ones planned for our Case Western Reserve University graduates. Please reach out to the commencement coordinator from your school, or contact the commencement office if you need additional information.

Again, the deadline for submitting personalized information for graduate slides is Friday, May 1, at noon.
