Graduate/professional students: Be part of the Academic Integrity Board

Graduate Student Senate is recruiting student members of the Academic Integrity Board.

These members fulfill a multifaceted role as campus leaders and judicial volunteers. Academic Integrity Board members promote students’ integrity through board-planned and -sponsored events. Board members also adjudicate academic hearings involving students who have been accused of committing a violation of the Academic Integrity Policy.

Through both of these functions, Academic Integrity Board members educate their fellow students about integrity and fulfill the board’s mission of leading students to be tomorrow’s conscientious and ethical leaders.

Members are required to serve for at least one year and agree to the following commitments:

  • hearings (a few per year)
  • board events (such as orientation)
  • training (1.5 hours)

All graduate and professional students are eligible.
