Graduate Student Senate accepts applications for new student organizations, re-recognition

Graduate Student Senate (GSS) Student Organizations and Allocations Committee (O&A) is accepting applications from graduate students for new student organizations and re-recognition of existing ones.

GSS encourages academic department specific graduate student groups to seek GSS recognition, which comes with several benefits, such as the right to use university facilities and financial support for events. GSS will offer support during early stages of establishing a new organization.

Those with questions can email Tirth Bhatta, the organizations and allocations committee chair, at trb66@case.edu or at gss-studentorg@case.edu.

The application deadline for re-recognition of existing student organizations is Sept. 30. The deadline does not apply for those applying for recognition of new student organizations. The new student organizations can apply for recognition during the whole academic year.
