Students, faculty and staff are invited to bring their lunch and learn about the international experiences of students at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
The panel discussion, titled “Global Perspectives from Mandel School Students,” will be held Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Mandel School Noble Commons.
When graduate students cross borders to study, they contribute in significant ways toward the globalization of a university and, at the same time, enrich their own personal and professional development. Moderated by Research Assistant Professor Francisca Richter, a panel of Mandel School students and graduates from various countries will share their insights on studying, living and discovering the world of social work abroad.
The Mandel School International Education Programs Office and Local International Konnections—or LINK—will sponsor this event.
Coffee and doughnuts will be provided.
