Get information on spring break study abroad courses in Poland, Germany, Guatemala and the Netherlands

The Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences will host a study abroad information session for spring break courses offered in Poland/Germany, Guatemala and the Netherlands. While the Mandel School hosts each of the programs that will be featured at the fair, the programs are open to undergraduate and graduate students from all areas of study.

The information session will be held Monday, Oct. 26, at 4 p.m. in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Community Studies Center, Room 107.

Mark Chupp, director of the Mandel School’s study abroad program, will host the information session. Past students who have participated in the programs also will be available to discuss their experiences.

Each of the programs counts for three credits. The deadline to enroll in these programs is Dec. 1.

  • Travel costs may be covered by financial aid.
  • Open to all CWRU undergraduate and graduate students
  • Deadline to enroll: Dec. 1

Mandel School study abroad 3-credit courses count toward:

  • Global and diversity credit for arts and sciences majors
  • Social science credit for engineering majors
  • Social work minor, which is ideal for careers in health care, policy or government
  • Elective course credit
