Navigating the busyness of the holiday season can be a struggle. While the outside world is all a hustle, we must go within to pay attention to what we need.
Faculty and staff are invited to participate in a four-week series on “Self-Care Amidst Holiday Stress” to find out how to get moving, breathing and remind themselves about the important daily behaviors that make up self-care.
Sessions will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays from Nov. 30 to Dec. 21 via Zoom.
