The Professional Development Center aims to provide Case Western Reserve University employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university. The center supports staff in achieving their professional development goals.
The Professional Development Center (PDC) provides training and development resources on a variety of topics in several formats including:
- Group training sessions;
- One-on-one confidential career development sessions;
- On-demand, downloadable resources on the PDC website; and
- Special resource highlights every month in a newsletter.
