Those needing support for weight loss, stress management or other common health concerns can consider working with a wellness coach. Coaches help their clients prioritize action steps and help keep them accountable for healthy behaviors.
On Monday, June 13, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center, Ease@Work wellness coach Patti Ellins will be on hand to support faculty and staff members looking to make healthy changes. She will answer health questions and offer free body fat assessments and blood pressure measurements. In addition, she can guide faculty and staff toward free, confidential, in-person coaching services available to faculty and staff and their dependents.
