Free yoga to be offered at the Health Education Campus Tuesdays through Oct. 15

Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to join fourth-year undergraduate student Madaline Witort Tuesdays at the Health Education Campus for vinyasa yoga classes.

Sessions will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays from Sept. 17 to Oct. 15 in the southeast nursing corner of Samson Pavilion.

Participants should arrive five minutes early to set up their yoga mats. Chairs will be available to those who would like to use them to practice yoga.

These yoga classes are meant to inspire self-leadership and are hosted by the Marian K.Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy.

Self-leadership is the practice of intentionally guiding one’s own thoughts, behaviors and emotions to achieve personal and professional goals.

Members of the community also can participate in these sessions via Zoom.
