“Fitness and Physical Activity: A Balance in the Academic Schedule”

University Health and Counseling Services will host a session for students titled “Fitness and Physical Activity: A Balance in the Academic Schedule” Wednesday, Sept. 29, from noon to 1 p.m. in Sears Library Building, Room 409.

Attendees can look forward to tips on how to:

  • Set and achieve fitness goals while conquering their coursework;
  • Engage in various fitness activities during a pandemic; and 
  • Continue a workout routine throughout the semester.
