Incoming first-year students are invited to apply for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) to jumpstart their college experience.
ELP is a 10-week program that aims to give students the confidence, knowledge, connections and skills necessary to thrive as leaders both inside and outside the classroom. The immediate benefits of participating include:
- Becoming part of a small community of first-year students who care about developing as leaders;
- Learning more about themselves and their potential as student leaders; and
- Connecting to an upper-class student leader and staff member who will mentor them through their first semester on campus.
