Find out you can support learning in the classroom with mindfulness

Are you interested in learning more about using mindfulness in the classroom with students? If so, consider attending the Mindfulness Matters in the Classroom sessions early next semester to learn more. The Mindfulness Matters team will host a series of four workshops—led by Suzanne Rusnak—for faculty members to learn more about offering brief mindfulness activities to students. The workshops will be based on original research the team conducted at CWRU.

These experiential sessions will prepare faculty members to better support student learning in the classroom.

Rusnak will train participants in the Mindfulness Matters model on Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb 13 and March 6 from noon to 1 p.m. on each date. Sessions will be recorded and will be sent to all registrants.

Register to participate.

The Mindfulness Matters team consists of Elizabeth Click, Marji Edguer, Jesse Honsky, Matt Salerno and Rusnak.
