Unrealistic expectations of the “perfect holiday” often mar the joyous peace of the season. Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members can find out how to manage the emotions surrounding the holidays with a webinar titled “Harmonious Holidays,” offered by IMPACT Solutions (now part of All One Health).

This session will address expectations and help participants learn how to create new traditions that bring joy to all while reducing stress, overspending and exhaustion. The webinar also will explore the many emotional issues (grief, loneliness, isolation and stress) that can make the holidays a very difficult time. The goal of this session is to help participants reduce stress and experience peace and joy. 

This session is available on-demand. To access the webinar:

  1. Go to myimpactsolution.com
  2. On the top right, click “Select Portal & App, Member Portal & App” and log in using your account username and password.
  3. If you have not created an account, on the top right, click “Member Portal & App” on the right side, then click “Sign Up” to create a new account.
    1. Enter CWRU’s company code (cwrueap) and click “Next.”
    2. Enter your CWRU email address and click “Next.”
    3. Create a username. This is not the same as your email address—however, for ease of use, you may want to use your network ID (abc123) as your username.
    4. Click “Submit.”
    5. Check your email for a message from info@mylifeexpert.com.
    6. Enter the five-character code from the email in the box. Then click “Verify Your Code.”
    7. Create a password (at least eight characters and any combination of letters, numbers, and special characters). Enter your password again in the “Repeat Password” field and click “Submit.”
  4. You will be directed to a login page. Log in using your username and password.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom middle of the page, click on “Recorded Webinars,” then select the “Celebrating Peaceful, Harmonious Holidays” tile to view the webinar.
