The Case Western Reserve University Farm will host a Farm Stand event today (June 26) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center. Students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by to purchase fresh produce; students receive a 50% discount.
This week’s menu includes mushrooms, lettuce, cabbage, black currants, rhubarb, mint, sage, rhubarb, fennel, beets, basil, kale, collard greens, garlic scapes, kohlrabi and swiss chard.
The Farm Stand also will be open July 10, July 24, Aug. 7, Aug. 21 and Sept. 1.
