Fall semester programming guidelines established for undergraduate and graduate student organizations

The university community is united in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the campus community. Under the difficult circumstances created by COVID-19, the Office of Student Activities and Leadership is committed to creating a collegiate experience that continues to support student engagement and celebration. In order to do this in the safest way possible, programming guidelines have been created to assist members of the university community in developing unique ways to do just that.

These guidelines have resulted from the input of many university student leaders and administrators. They mirror all university safety guidelines and will assist all of those devoted to creating opportunities to gather together during these difficult times, as well as continue to celebrating university traditions and services.

The guidelines apply to all undergraduate and graduate student organizations. Campus departments need not submit operations programming plans, but they may seek guidance from Student Activities and Leadership if needed.

Review the programming guidelines.
