Faculty brown-bag lunch and information sessions start Feb. 18

The Office of Faculty Development will host three brown-bag lunch sessions in the coming months with topics of interest to faculty, beginning with “Safety Information for Faculty with Jeffrey Daberko” on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room.

Daberko, deputy director of the Division of Public Safety, will provide information on basic campus safety information, especially programs and services available to faculty such as Safe Ride and the Rave Guardian app.

The event is free, but registration is requested through CampusGroups.

The second brown-bag lunch session, “Money 101, For First Time Awardees,” will be held March 31. A third session, “Presentation Skills for Faculty,” is scheduled for April 21.
