Examine implicit biases related to religion at Feb. 10 workshop

The Organizational Development & Learning Unit of the Department of Human Resources will continue its brown bag series on implicit bias Tuesday, Feb. 10, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room 209.

The series on implicit bias comprises 15 individual sessions, based on the Implicit Association Test. Participants will be invited to take the assessment on each of topic prior to the related subject matter presentation. Individuals are not required to take every workshop.

The sessions will be held on the second, third and fourth Tuesday of the month, beginning in January and concluding in May.

Peter Haas, the Abba Hillel Silver Professor of Jewish Studies, and Judith Neulander, lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies, will facilitate this session, which will focus on religion.
