Do you organize events for your department, school or division? Are you thinking about having events in the near future and don’t know where to start? Or, do you manage a rental space or offer event services and would like to gain more exposure? Are you responsible for assisting planners in procedures related to events?
Many event planners at Case Western Reserve University don’t know the spaces or services available to them, how to book an event or what it entails. This can lead to delays, miscommunication and service issues.
To help event planners learn more about the process, the second annual Event Planners Showcase will be held July 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom. A buffet-style lunch will be provided.
