Several ERP applications—HCM, Data Warehouse and PeopleSoft Financials—will be down this weekend as they undergo maintenance. See below for specific times and information.

HCM
Engineers will conduct maintenance on the servers that host Human Capital Management (HCM) from midnight to 6 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. During this six-hour period, HCM will be unavailable to members of the university community.
Data Warehouse
Engineers will conduct maintenance on the servers that host the PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system from 3 to 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21. EPM combines the university’s budgeting system for yearly budget preparations and the Data Warehouse for consolidated university reporting.
During the maintenance period, the reporting functionality of the Data Warehouse will be unavailable to members of the university community.
PeopleSoft Financials
Engineers will conduct maintenance on the servers that host PeopleSoft Financials from 3 to 8 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22. Financials will be unavailable while the maintenance is performed and reporting will be delayed until approximately 11 a.m. Sunday morning.
