Join the African American Society for the 43rd annual Ebony Ball, which will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Cleveland Airport Marriott Hotel (4277 W. 150th St.).
The 2016 Ebony Ball theme is “Royalty: Proclaiming Your Identity” and will feature keynote speaker Shemariah Arki.
Arki, a PhD candidate at Northeastern University, is completing her dissertation on mothering in the wake of #BlackLivesMatter.
At the event, there will be dinner, dancing and time to connect with members of the African American Society at CWRU.
This event is free for all Case Western Reserve University undergraduate students.
Courtesy shuttle service will be provided from Case Western Reserve to the Cleveland Airport Marriott Hotel.
