All graduate and undergraduate students are invited to attend Koru Mindfulness, a four-session course that will teach participants a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group learning environment. These skills will help students incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.
Koru Mindfulness sessions will be held Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24 (Thursdays) from 3 to 4 p.m. (EST). All sessions will be held virtually. Students must register to receive the Zoom links to the sessions. Please make sure that you can attend all four sessions, as registration is limited to 15 participants.
Enrollment in this course will give participants free lifetime access to the Koru Mindfulness app.
Sponsored by the Office of Student Advancement and University Health and Counseling Services, this program is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland of Music and Kent State University Podiatry students.
