During times of persistent difficulty, having effective strategies for managing uncomfortable emotions becomes more important than ever. The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will host a one-hour webinar titled “Coping with Difficult Emotions” Tuesday, July 14, at noon.
Lisa Damour, psychologist, author and a columnist with The New York Times, will address the range of positive and negative coping strategies for managing difficult feelings, as well as how we support those around us as they navigate emotional challenges.
