“Coping at Home”

Are you heading home for the next break? Do you feel anxious, worried, sad, lonely, frustrated or even dread about leaving campus and the anticipated interactions at home? Even the idea of “going home” can bring up complicated, confusing and strong emotions.

University Health and Counseling Services will host a session titled “Coping at Home” to help students prepare for the upcoming break. This session will be held Wednesday, Nov. 15, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Dental Research Building’s second-floor group room.

Students will discuss emotions and explore ways to get support and prepare a coping skills plan for their time away from CWRU.
