The image featured on Monday, Sept. 22 is the artwork, “Spitball,” on the Case Quad. Fifty-eight percent of respondents guessed correctly. Other guesses included the new Tinkham Veale University Center, the Peter B. Lewis Building and MOCA.
“Spitball” was created by artist Tony Smith in 1961. The piece of art was made in honor of Case Institute of Technology former acting president (1958-61), trustee and alumnus Kent Smith.
