The Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods (PRCHN) will host its next seminar series event Wednesday, Jan. 10, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Danielle Smith from the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center will present a talk titled “Co-Use of Nicotine and Cannabis.” This talk will address the impact of policy on nicotine and cannabis use, analysis of nicotine and cannabis biomarkers, the intersection between recreational and medical cannabis, and harm reduction.
Smith is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Behavior, and is formally trained in behavioral epidemiology and public health. She received her PhD in community health and health behavior from the University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health Professions.
