Check out the Professional Development Center’s fall training schedule

The Professional Development Center aims to provide Case Western Reserve University employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university. The center is available to support staff in achieving their professional development goals.

The center’s training program is back. This semester, the center will host more than 20 training sessions on topics like effective feedback, employee onboarding and orientation period, conflict management, and more. The Professional Development Center also partnered with departments like the Office of Equity and wellness to provide a well-rounded fall training calendar to support faculty and staff. Additionally, the center has a few new efforts this fall.
