Can’t ride your bike to work? You can still participate in Bike to Work Day with wellness program classes

National Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 15—and members of the Case Western Reserve University community can participate even if they live too far away from campus to make the ride.

The Case Western Reserve University Wellness program will offer two 45-minute indoor cycling classes Friday, May 15, at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center. Register to ride with the CWRU Wellness Team at noon or 1 p.m. The class is free but participants should bring a water bottle and a small towel.

RSVP for the May 15 noon class or for the 1 p.m. class.

All fitness levels are welcome, said Mary Ann Dobbins, wellness coordinator and leader of the class.

Contact Dobbins at mxd490@case.edu with questions or to register through email.

Bike to Work Day is an annual event across the United States and Canada that promotes the bicycle as an option for commuting to work.
