Earlier this week, we asked the campus community about their favorite summer flick so far, and the results ended up looking quite similar to those of the box office: In first place was the superhero blockbuster, The Avengers. (We assume you especially loved seeing our fair city up on the big screen.) Followed closely behind in our poll results was the final film of the Christopher Nolan-directed Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises.
The two took home nearly all of the votes, but a few others got nods as well, including Brave, Magic Mike and The Amazing Spider-Man.
