Lin-Manuel Miranda’s award-winning musical, Hamilton, took the music world by storm with its hip-hop/rap historical fusion. Since then, the 2015 music has gone on to develop critical acclaim, winning 11 Tony Awards and grossing almost $700,000 in ticket sales.
Sigma Tau Delta will host Caitlin Kelly, a former SAGES professor and current Naugle Communication Center director at the Georgia Institute of Technology, for a discussion on the cultural and historical nuances of the renowned musical.
Kelly taught a course on Hamilton at CWRU and will be return for this virtual presentation for Sigma Tau Delta Seminar Sessions. All faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend.
