Bust stress at work this summer with meditation program

Take time out and slow down Thursdays this summer with meditation. The CWRU Wellness Program will offer an eight-week class to benefits-eligible faculty and staff who want to reduce stress and improve focus and concentration.

Meditation begins June 9 at 12:30 p.m. in Wickenden Building, Room 321.
