Break unhealthy food behaviors this summer with free online program

Those who have powerful food cravings and struggle to control eating habits should consider enrolling in LivingLean, an online weight loss and nutrition program. The free program is open to CWRU faculty and staff and offers a different approach to calorie counting and reliance on willpower.

Based in cognitive behavioral therapy, LivingLean helps expose false beliefs about why we eat what we do. In addition, it helps destroy self-defeating thoughts so food cravings are banished.

The confidential program consists of 14 video-based sessions, split into short segments. It can be completed anytime on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
