“Bouncing Forward: How to Build Resiliency and Adapt to a New Normal”

During this time of pandemic, faculty and staff have been asked to roll with changes and find new ways to get their work done. Those with a resilient mindset are best able to meet these challenges. The CWRU Wellness Program invites faculty and staff to learn more about resiliency through a webinar titled “Bouncing Forward: How to Build Resiliency and Adapt to a New Normal” Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Resiliency is the ability to adjust and learn from adversity. Resilient people do more than rely on positive thinking and luck. They experience just as many challenges as everyone else, sometimes more. Yet, they have developed effective coping skills that allow them to survive and thrive during adversity.

Learn how to manage overwhelming feelings, adapt to change and adopt a proactive mindset during this webinar.
